Your enquiry

The enquiry form prepares an email on your device. It does not submit your message to a website database. You choose whether to open the draft in your email app and send it to sales@tempestshop.com.

When you send an email, your name, email address and message are shared with the Tempest Shop team so they can respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including payment card details or other sensitive information.

Community photo submissions

Tempest Sports Group Ltd operates this gallery. When you submit photos, your private name and email, images, public hound name, caption, optional credit, consent confirmations and submission time are stored for review. Only approved photos and the public details appear on the website. Contact details and permission records stay private to the reviewer. We use the consent you give for website publication; you can withdraw it by emailing sales@tempestshop.com.

Uploads are hosted securely through our website hosting provider. Short-lived, hashed technical rate-limit records help prevent spam; we do not store raw IP addresses in photo submissions. Pending photos expire after 90 days and are cleared during routine website clean-up. Rejected photos and their records are deleted when rejected. Approved records remain until removed; contact us about access, correction, deletion or removal requests. A limited record may be retained separately to address an actual complaint or legal obligation. No submission details are added to a marketing list. For full permissions, retention details and complaints, see the photo submission terms.

Custom-print requests

Custom-print requests are private enquiries to Tempest Sports Group Ltd. We store your name, email, original artwork, garment choices, notes, indicative price and the permissions and terms version accepted, to prepare and discuss a mock-up and fulfil an approved request. These are not published in the gallery or used for marketing. Original files are kept at their uploaded quality and may contain metadata; remove any private metadata you do not wish to share before uploading. Enquiry uploads and records expire after six months and are removed during routine website clean-up, or can be deleted earlier on request. All actual transactions and order records are handled separately through tempestshop.com. See the custom-print request terms.
