Copyright & permission
You keep ownership of your artwork. You give Tempest Sports Group Ltd permission to store and review it, prepare a mock-up and, only following approval and payment, reproduce it on the agreed garment. This does not give permission to publish your design in the gallery, put it on sale to others or use it in advertising.
Only send artwork you own or are authorised to reproduce. Obtain permission from identifiable people, including a parent or legal guardian for anyone under 18. We may decline unlawful, offensive, unsuitable or unauthorised artwork, or a file that will not print well.
Approval & payment
This form is a request for a mock-up and quote, not an order or checkout. The listed prices are indicative. We will confirm the final price, artwork, placement, colour, sizing and any delivery cost before you approve. All actual transactions are arranged through tempestshop.com ↗ under its applicable terms. Production starts only after approval and payment.
Your file & details
Your name, email, file, garment choices, notes and recorded permissions stay private to the team handling your request. They are used to prepare and discuss your mock-up and administer an approved print request, not to add you to a marketing list. Request files and these enquiry records expire after six months and are removed during routine website clean-up, or can be deleted earlier on request. Actual order and payment records are handled separately by Tempest Shop under its privacy policy.
